Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
A shipping fee will be added to the final price. 9€ for delivery within Finland. 20€ for delivery within the European Union.
It is also possible to pick up your item from my studio in Kruununhaka, Helsinki. Choose the option at checkout and I will reach out to you within 24h to arrange the pickup.
We will confirm all orders within 24h. We will process and ship your order in 2-5 business days, if not informed otherwise. All parcels are traceable through Posti and are packaged in recycled materials. You will get confirmation in your provided email about the delivery.
Currently we only offer delivery within the European Union.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you noticed that an item has been damaged during shipping please take a picture of 1) the item in the original packaging; and 2) a close up of any damage that might have occurred to the package itself.
Inform us immediately by emailing us at lotta@studiokaura.com (please attach all images you have taken).
RETURNS
You are allowed to change your mind! We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received your items, but the item must be returned in the same condition, same package and safety materials as it was received in. Please note that you are responsible for the item until it has been safely returned to Kaura Ceramics. All shipping costs are to be payed by customer.
We will return the full amount after receiving the item back safely.
