We currently only ship within EU countries. Shipping costs: Finland 9€; other EU-countries: 20€.
You can also choose to pick up your ceramics from my studio in Helsinki. Please choose “Store Pick-up” at checkout. I will reach out to you within 24h to arrange the pickup.
We will confirm all orders within 24h. We will process and ship your order in 3-5 business days, if not informed otherwise. All parcels are traceable through Posti and are packaged in recycled materials. You will get confirmation in your provided email about the delivery.

We currently offer payment by credit card or Apple/Google Pay.

You are allowed to change your mind! We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received your items, but the item must be returned in the same condition, same package and safety materials as it was received in. Please note that you are responsible for the item until it has been safely returned to Kaura Ceramics. All shipping costs are to be payed by customer. We will return the full amount after receiving the item back safely.
If you want to return an item, please let us know by sending an email to lotta@studiokaura.com and we will give you instructions for how to do it.
